Role and Responsibilities
As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will:
- Conduct high-impact research aligned with KFUPM’s strategic research priorities
- Translate research outcomes into practical solutions with commercialization potential
- Publish in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor graduate students
- Participate in proposal writing and securing research funding
- Support center activities including teaching, workshops, and industry outreach
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. awarded within the past 2–3 years (or within one year of completion)
- Ph.D. degree from a QS Top 500 university (2025 edition)
- Proven research excellence and publications in relevant fields
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: USD $4,000
- Housing allowance: Equivalent to 3 months’ salary
- 30 days of paid annual leave
- Annual roundtrip air tickets for fellow, spouse, and up to two children
